A smooth move to a more flexible system

Seabury, Copland and Anderson was a long-time Applied TAM agency before deciding it was time to upgrade to a system that was more flexible, secure and scalable. The agency had loved working with Applied for 18 years and wanted to continue the partnership, so it chose Applied Epic, an open, cloud-based platform, as its system going forward. 

Despite the initial fear of moving systems, the process went very smoothly. The agency credits Applied’s implementation and activation teams, who were there to help every step of the way.
