Applied Epic® user community
Connect with people at other agencies who use Applied Epic and do the work you do. Learn from their experience through Applied Client Network (ACN), the independent, member-run community we work alongside.
Applied Client Network is the only authorized independent user group for Applied Systems products. It’s run by members who work in agencies and brokerages and use the same products you do.
Applied’s implementation, education, and support teams work with you for as long as you use Applied Epic. ACN complements that support with practical lessons from peers running the same workflows in their own agencies.

ACN is the independent, member-run community of Applied users and the only authorized independent user group for Applied Systems products. One membership covers every user at your office location, regardless of role.
ACN works alongside Applied but is a separate organization. Members learn from peers, share practical ideas, and bring their experience into conversations with us.
No. ACN membership is separate from your software. Each office location joins individually and renews annually.
Yes. Advantage membership covers Applied Epic, Applied TAM, CSR24, Applied Mobile, and other Applied products. EZLynx agencies join through the EZLynx User Alliance, a program within ACN.
Applied’s teams provide implementation, onboarding, support, and education throughout your use of Applied Epic. ACN does not replace those services.
Instead, ACN adds a peer perspective: how other agencies manage real workflows, approach business decisions, and apply what they’ve learned.
ACN forums and committees bring members’ day-to-day experience to our product teams, including what works, where workflows create friction, and what would help next.
This input helps the people building Applied Epic understand how agencies use it. It informs product discussions but does not guarantee a specific feature or roadmap decision.
Yes. Peers who have made a similar move can share how their workflows changed and what they would do differently, helping you bring more informed questions to planning conversations.
Applied’s implementation, onboarding, and adoption teams remain your primary guides. ACN adds the perspective of agencies that have already made the transition.
Connect with peers and get more from your Applied investment. Membership is separate from your software, covers one office location, and renews annually. Visit ACN to check your membership status or choose the option that fits your agency.
