More accurate data for the agency and its carriers

Agency Manager Peggy Barnes recently ran a book transfer at Cambridge Insurance through Bookroll and saw the difference right away. Each book roll used to mean hours of gathering information and working through multiple carrier portals and websites, with back-and-forth between the agency and the carrier. For an individual book roll, Peggy went from eight to 10 hours of information gathering to about two hours in total. 

When Cambridge works with carriers that use Bookroll, the agency doesn’t have to supply that information at all. Simpler processes have taken the place of manual tasks, and Peggy says carriers now get more accurate data than they did when the agency entered everything by hand.
