Get the Word Out

Day 1: Use our sample templates to get the word out.

• Send an email to your customer list. Pull from the “Customer Email” templates below to let your customer base know about the exciting change to Applied Pay. If you are using our Hosted Payment Link, be sure to add it in the email.
• Send out a company-wide email. Use the templates from the “Internal Email” tile below to send out an announcement to your internal team informing them about the move to Applied Pay. This will help to get everyone on the same page and allow them to reach out to any insureds they may be working with.
• Post an announcement on any business social accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) Select one of our Pay Now buttons and make sure it is fully enabled on your website (Your Implementation Team can help you with this)
• Post additional updates, using the messaging from your toolkit emails to any other print or virtual assets where news or updates are disbursed., i.e., newsletter, blogs, etc.
• Update your email signature with your Applied Pay Payment link.

Week 2: Send Reminder

Send the reminder email (from the toolkit) to all customers restating the success of Applied Pay and thanking them for using it.

Month 1: Collect Feedback

Send email requesting feedback and/or short testimonial on how much they love the flexibility of paying online. Share these insights internally and on social media.
