Applied Epic Customer Growth Jumps Significantly Year over Year

Broader UK broker market accelerates adoption of world’s most widely used broker management system resulting in an increase in competitive displacements
Brighton, UK – 10 May 2022 – Applied Systems Europe today announced substantial year over year adoption momentum of Applied Epic across the broader UK broker market. Results indicate a 386 percent increase in new broker customers moving from competitor systems since February 2021.
Rapid and significant momentum is driven by Applied’s continued investment in its digital broker solutions, commercial lines panel and customer experience. Last November, Applied expanded its partnership with Google’s investment arm, CapitalG, to include enhanced Google Cloud innovations, enabling more broker productivity and simpler, digital customer experiences. These enhancements, along with Applied Epic’s out-of-the-box capabilities, deliver brokers a clear picture of their entire organisation across all roles, locations and lines of business, easier access to data and minimised software management.
