TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE APPLIED SYSTEMS 40th ANNIVERSARY APPLIED EPIC® PROMOTIONAL OFFER
These Terms & Conditions govern the Applied Systems 40th Anniversary Applied Epic Promotional Offer (hereinafter “Offer”). By participating in this offer, the “Participant” accepts the terms and conditions of these Official Rules and agrees to be bound by such.
Eligibility:
This Offer is open to companies operating in the United Kingdom that are new customers of Applied Systems Europe Ltd. (“Applied”). The Offer is not available for existing Applied customers, entities that are customers of an Applied affiliate, or those entities already engaged in an ongoing sales cycle with Applied.
Offer Period:
To receive the Offer, interested entities must register their interest via the Offer online form or contact an Applied sales representative between 09:00 AM GMT on Friday 1st September 2023 and 18:00 PM GMT on Tuesday 31st October 2023 ("Offer Period") and sign an Order for Applied Software and accompanying Master Agreement relating to the Applied Epic software no later than 17:00 PM GMT Friday 22nd December 2023 (“Contract Date”). Requests received after the Offer Period or signatures after the Contract Date will not be eligible to receive the Offer and any pending conversations or Orders relating to the Offer will automatically become void. The Offer may be modified, suspended, cancelled, or terminated, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice at Applied’s sole discretion.
Offer Details:
During the Offer Period, eligible participants who meet the above qualification criteria will receive the following benefits:
- 40% off standard Applied Epic® Cloud software implementation fees, which includes project management / consultancy, Cloud deployment support, Applied University (standard), remote on boarding training, and data migration.
- 40% off the monthly license charges for Applied Epic® Cloud for the first 12 months of the initial term of the Order, which includes license, support, and maintenance fees.
- Online and mobile customer self-service technology Applied CSR24® and Applied Mobile® included at no additional cost.
Subsequent Years:
After the initial 12-month period, standard pricing and increases shall apply.
Limitations:
- The Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value.
- The Offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers.
General Conditions:
APPLIED SYSTEMS EUROPE LTD reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to (1) Cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Offer, in whole or in part, at any time. This Offer shall be governed by UK law.
Data Privacy and Marketing Consent:
By participating in the Offer, you consent to Applied Systems Europe Ltd collecting and using your business information for the purpose of administering the Offer and for future marketing efforts. The collected business information may include contact details and relevant business data. You acknowledge that Applied Systems Europe Ltd may use this information to provide you with updates, promotional offers, and relevant product information. The collected information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without consent. You retain the right to opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the provided opt-out instructions. This consent is given in addition to Applied System Europe Ltd's general Privacy Policy.
