Long-standing agency automates paper-driven application process to provide simple, efficient digital experience

UNIVERSITY PARK, Ill. – August 25, 2021 – Indio, an Applied Systems® company, today announced that William A. Smith & Son, Inc. has selected Indio to fully automate the client data capture and application experience for their Personal & Commercial lines business.
